Annie & Faraz - Les Bergeries de l'Acadie
Annie and Faraz chose the absolutely beautiful venue - Les Bergeries de l'Acadie to hold their wedding celebration just outside of Montreal in Saint Jean Sur Richelieu. We had incredible ( And I mean IN.CRED.I.BLE) weather. It was just the most perfect summer day for a wedding and of course- it made me extra happy that all the photos were taken on the reception grounds. No travelling meant more time for portraits! So we had a lot of fun finding little spots to be hidden from the sun but still get that summer glow. THe Bergeries is such a gem. They actually have farm animals on location- which is a HUGE hit with kids and anyone really.
The ceremony started a bit late due to traffic etc. Everyone was all smiles as Annie and Faraz said their ‘i do’s. Having a great attitude no matter the temperature,situation or time constraints is what makes the day perfect and their wedding was nothing short of that!
Annie and Faraz were real troopers on their wedding day, especially when it came to doing the sunset photos, which are my absolute favorite. She verrrrry quickly changed into her custom Indian gown and it was such a perfect contrast to the green green grass and multi-colored sky. The night ended with smores instead of a sweet table. I’m not gonna lie - Annie and I discussed this idea together and the way she made it come to life was in a nutshell - perfection.
