Kate & Mike - Farm at South Cove Wedding
Kate and Mike chose to get married at the Farm at South Cove just outside of Lunenburg on a Monday in July. Yes you read that right. A Monday!
They teamed up with Shanna from Details Event Studio to make sure their vision came alive. Kate describes the vision as “A floral-focused beautifully undone garden party vibe where colour took center stage”. I couldn’t have described it any better!
The photos below are just a small sprinkling of the many incredible moments that happened at Kate and Mikes wedding. It was by far one of my most favorite weddings of 2023 in Nova Scotia. Mostly in part because of who these two beautiful souls are. Loving, caring people who I now have the honor of calling my friends.

Where to begin?! Ashley is not only an amazing photographer, she’s a kindred spirit. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was to find this GEM of a human to photograph my wedding. She is the ultimate professional, manages expectations, is honest, kind, the best hype girl, listens, and works WITH you to capture moments that you can feel through her photos. Her pictures were natural and authentic, and the love of the day will live on through her work. Not only did I walk away from our wedding with beautiful art, I also ended up with a friend. 10/10 would recommend!!!
