Karishma & Simon Auberge St Gabriel Wedding Photography

Clicking with Karishma was a piece of cake. Her soft, tranquil demeanor set me at ease as we sipped Starbucks latte's and discussed her and Simon's chemistry. She loves how he looks at her. How he took care of her when she had a life changing accident. A true gentleman, Simon was her knight who knew how to treat her right. What's more? He can bake. Oooh yes. A man who can bake, is a sure winner in my books. I had to test this truth out for myself. The night they came over for not only me to meet Simon but for us all to sip some champagne and discuss the wedding day details, he had made for me the softest, most flavorful cupcake. I was in heaven. I approved of this marriage. ;) 

Karishma and Simon have the love of food and travel in common among other things and while not all of her family could make it to this wedding (yes they had two...this one and one in Mauritius!) They still made sure that all guests here in Montreal felt loved, and of course well fed. You must know that the Auberge makes incredible food. And they even have a restaurant. Check.It.Out. It was a beautiful experience from beginning to end, where we all were fed and all danced to the old school and new school until it was time to call it a night. Reminiscing through their images gives me so much comfort knowing that Karishma has chosen a groom, a husband who will always be by her side being with her through good and bad. Which is exactly what love is all about. 

I LOVE you both immensely. Karishma, thank you for calling me your friend, your confidant. Being able to document your wedding was more than just the photos. You and I both know that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you always. May these photos bring you the memories you remember and spark some perhaps you don't,  for years to come. xox
